  Topic: Water Wise - Updates 2025 

  Speakers: Sam Schrier - Senior Water Conservation Specialist (Colorado Springs Utilities) & HOA Liaison

  The meteorologist extraordinaire with his knack for simplifying complex weather patterns, Sam became a beloved figure in the meteorology community, known for his engaging forecasts and tireless dedication to keeping viewers safe.  With his background of being a meteorologist in Colorado, he was very familiar with the water supply and our cycles of drought so Sam left TV after 10 years to pursue a new opportunity. For Colorado Springs, water is a precious resource. As our community continues to grow, conserving water via the Water-wise Rules protects our water supply today while saving water for tomorrow. This presentation will discuss the current health of our water supply, analyze our water outlook for the Summer, review the six Water-wise Rules, and cover additional indoor and outdoor conservation opportunities for homeowners. This class is an extension of the 2024 presentation and will offer an update for 2025.
